Mount Rainer Facade Improvements

It can take months, and sometimes years before we see a project we worked on become a reality. Funding, zoning, leadership changes, and more can contribute to the length of the timeline.

We worked with the city of Mount Rainier in 2020 to provide design recommendations for their first phase of façade improvements to Rhode Island Avenue. Our goal was to create a vibrant gateway into Prince George’s County and to support local businesses in the Route 1 corridor.
