The Neighborhood Design Center is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit organization, donations to which are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Our Federal ID No. is 52-0913909. NDC is a proud member of Maryland Nonprofits. A copy of our current financial statement is available upon request from our office. Documents and information submitted to the State of Maryland under the Maryland Charitable Solicitations Act are available from the Office of the Secretary of State for the costs of copying and postage.
How We Grew and Made a Difference This Past Year
In fiscal year 2025, we supported 189 projects across Maryland, 82% of which were in low-to-moderate income communities.
We partnered with 302 organizations and leveraged 78 volunteers to provide a value of $175,570 in pro bono design services.
